Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to Vizper.ai. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vizper.ai regarding the use of our photobooth rental services and website. By booking our services or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms may be updated at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notification.

Services Description

Vizper.ai provides photobooth rental services for events including (but not limited to) weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, anniversaries, and private celebrations. Our services typically include:

  • •Professional photobooth hardware and software installation
  • •Customizable props, frames, and digital overlays
  • •Instant digital photo delivery to guests
  • •Operator or self-service options depending on package selected
  • •Digital file compilation and delivery to customer
  • •On-site technical support during your event

Specific services and features vary by package. Customers should review their selected package details at the time of booking.

Booking & Reservations

Age & Authority

By booking our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent, and that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of your event or organization.

Reservation Process

A reservation is confirmed only when:

  • ✓You complete the online booking form with accurate information
  • ✓You receive a confirmation email from Vizper.ai
  • ✓The required deposit has been processed and cleared
  • ✓Your event date has been added to our availability calendar

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the booking process. You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your event details, including date, time, location, or guest count.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Pricing may vary based on event date, location, duration, package selection, and any add-ons selected.

Payment Terms

Deposit50% required to confirm booking
Final BalanceDue 14 days before your event date
Payment MethodsCredit card, debit card, or electronic transfer
Late Fees3% surcharge applies to payments made late

Travel Fees

Events located more than 25 miles from our main location may incur additional travel fees. These will be calculated and quoted during the booking process.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be added to your final invoice based on your event location.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

60+ days before eventFull refund of deposit

Minus 5% administrative fee

30-59 days before event50% of deposit refunded

Remaining funds can be applied to future event

15-29 days before event25% of deposit refunded

Remaining funds forfeited

Less than 15 daysNo refund

Full payment must be completed

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our office. No cancellation is effective until written confirmation is received.

Photo Rights & Usage

Your Photos

All photographs and videos taken at your event are the sole property of Vizper.ai. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to download and use these photos for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Vizper.ai Usage Rights

By using our services, you grant Vizper.ai the right to:

  • •Use selected photos for portfolio and marketing purposes
  • •Display photos on our website and social media (unless you opt-out)
  • •Create promotional materials featuring your event
  • •Share testimonials and success stories (with permission)

Opt-Out

If you do not wish for your photos to be used for marketing purposes, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of your event.

Guest Privacy

You are responsible for obtaining consent from all event guests before photos featuring them are shared publicly or with Vizper.ai for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizper.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Equipment & Service Issues

While we make every effort to provide reliable service, Vizper.ai is not liable for:

  • •Equipment malfunctions or failures (we will attempt repairs on-site)
  • •Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • •Inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control
  • •Loss or damage to personal items at your event
  • •Photo quality issues due to venue conditions (lighting, space)

Your Responsibility

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vizper.ai from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

User Conduct & Event Rules

When using our photobooth services, you agree to:

✓Use the photobooth only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws
✓Not damage, destroy, or attempt to repair photobooth equipment
✓Not use excessive force or engage in rough handling of equipment
✓Not consume alcohol or use drugs while operating the photobooth (for self-service options)
✓Ensure guests behave appropriately and respect the equipment
✓Not engage in discriminatory, abusive, or harassing behavior toward staff
✓Allow our staff reasonable access to equipment for maintenance and troubleshooting

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of service without refund, and liability for equipment damage.
